3-Day Itinerary for Shanghai
Day 1: On and around the Bund
- Check out the bund in the daytime (in the morning you can see some of the locals practicing Tai chi).
- Head to the Yu Yuan Park, Bazaar and Hu Xin Ting Teahouse. (In route you can check out the French Concessions)
- In the late afternoon/early evening head to the Oriental Pearl Tower.
- At night head to the Bund once again to see the skyline lit up at night.
Day 2: The Ancient Water Town of Zhu Jia Jiao
- Take a bus ride to Zhu Jia Jiao.
- Find (or make) some friend to take a gondola trip with.
- Take a stroll through the water town.
- Return to Shanghai that evening.
Day 3: Temples or Hotel
- You can take this day to see the Jing An Temple and other such temples or
- Take a trip to the Shanghai Intercontinental Wonderland Hotel and see how the other side lives.
